Directions to Fall River Office:

From New Bedford:

• Rt. 195 west to exit 7 (Plymouth Ave.) Go to end of ramp and bear right.
• Continue to 2nd set of lights.
• Bear left then a quick right into Pepperell Mill parking lot.*

From Taunton:

• Rt. 24 south to Rt. 195 west. Take exit 6-7 (Plymouth Ave.)
• Go to end of ramp bear right.
• Continue to 2nd set of lights.
• Bear left then a quick right into Pepperell Mill parking lot.*

From Providence:

• Rt. 195 east to exit 6-7 (Plymouth Ave.)
• At light, take a left.
• Continue to 3rd set of lights.
• Bear left then a quick right into Pepperell Mill parking lot.*

From Boston:

• Rt. 93 south to Rt. 24 south (Taunton and New Bedford).
• Rt. 24 south to Rt. 195 west.
• Take exit 6-7 (Plymouth Ave.)
• Go to end of ramp bear right. Continue to second set of lights.
• Bear left then a quick right into Pepperell Mill parking lot.*

From Fall River

• Take Plymouth Avenue to 195 east to 24 South.
• Stay on 24 South to exit 5 (Tiverton/LC 77S to 177S)
• Bear left and follow 77 South for approximately 9 miles (river will be on your right)
• After Sakonnet Vineyards (on left) take next left on to Peckham Road
• Follow approximately 1.5 miles, take your 2nd right (East Main Road)
• The office is ¾ of a mile on the right (shingled cape-style building)

From Raynham

• Take 24 south to 195 west for one exit to 24 south
• Stay on 24 South to exit 5 (Tiverton/LC 77S to 177S)
• Bear left and follow 77 South for approximately 9 miles (river will be on your right)

From Fall River

• I95 East, Exit 8B to 24 North
• Take exit 13A, which is Route 44E
• At the set of lights, take a left-Orchard Street. There will be a water tank on the left.
• Continue until you get to the 4-way intersection.
• Go through the intersection and continue approximately ¾ to 1 mile.
• The office is on the left in the Masteria Buick lot.

From the South:

• Route 24 North to Exit 13A - Route 44 East
• Off exit go into the left lane. Turn left at the lights; (water tower on the left)
• Follow 1.3 miles to a 4 way stop intersection (stone church on left)
• Go straight onto North Main Street (which is also Route 104 East) .4 miles on left, office is a gray clapboard building with burgundy colored shutters.

From the North:

• Route 24 South to Exit 15 - Route 104 West
• Follow for 2 miles (St. Anne's Church on left)
• At stop sign turn left onto North Main Street (which is also Route 104) .6 miles on the right, the office is a gray clapboard building with burgundy colored shutters.

From the West:

• Route 44 East to Route 104 East, which begins with a left-hand turn at the set of lights after Pub 99 in Taunton.
• Follow 1.6 miles to a 4 way stop sign intersection (stone church on right)
• Turn left onto North Main Street (which is also Route 104) .4 miles on the left, the office is a gray clapboard building with burgundy colored shutters.

From the East:

• Route 25 (495) North to Route 44 West, exit Taunton/Providence
• Follow 4 miles
• At second set of lights, turn right onto Orchard Street (water tower on the right)
• Follow 1.3 miles to a 4 way stop intersection (stone church on left)
• Go straight onto North Main Street (which is also Route 104 east) .4 miles on the left, the office is a gray clapboard building with burgundy colored shutters.
