The Visiting Nurse Association of Southeastern Massachusetts (VNASM) is grateful to be able to provide Home Health Care, Hospice & Palliative Care and Adult Day Health for 36 communities located in Southeastern Massachusetts and Southern Rhode Island. As a 501(c)3 not-for-profit agency we rely on charitable contributions to support a mission of providing care based on need, not payment. Many programs and services including telemonitoring, bereavement programs, pastoral and volunteer support, and community health programs are not covered by traditional insurance and are free of charge to anyone in the community requesting them.

To learn more about our mission, programs, leadership and finances check out our  Non Profit Report on Guidestar.
